Bottle shaped inner layers
This is the inner layer type, which is shaped according to the scale of the filling spout of the big bag, providing easy handling and saving time for the operator of the big bag.
This bottle-shaped inner layer, made parallel to dimensions of the bigbag, takes the shape of the bigbag in which it is placed and prevents handling problems that may arise during use.
Fields of application:
- In embodiments in which the size of the inner layer opening is to correspond to the size of the filling machine so that no additional time is wasted during handling
- If the top of the inner layer is to be hot welded after filling
- In designs where the inner layer takes the shape of the big bag, thus avoiding unnecessary plastic consumption.
