Internal sales representative (m/f/d) wanted!

  • You look after our customers and partners at home and abroad
  • You create offers and process customer enquiries
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers and business opportunities
  • You process orders with our merchandise management system
  • Our customers see you as the central point of contact for all commercial questions. You are the perfect addition to our field sales team.

  • Commitment, joy, team player
  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies
  • You work precisely and value an independent way of working
  • You have an affinity for technical products and want to ‘really understand things’
  • When talking to our customers (on the phone), you act with friendly confidence, initiative and expertise
  • The use of PC systems for contact, quotation and order processing as well as MS Office applications is natural to you
  • You have good knowledge of the english language

  • The organisation and processing of import/export shipments
  • You coordinate national and international transport with suppliers, forwarders, agents and shipping companies
  • You actively support customs clearance
  • You maintain proactive order-related contact with all internal and external parties involved (production, sales, forwarders, customers, etc.)

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications in the logistics sector (e.g. foreign trade clerk, forwarding and logistics services clerk, etc.)
  • You have experience in import/export and customs clearance
  • The use of ERP systems and MS Office applications is natural to you
  • You have good knowledge of the english language
