Implementation
Deciding on a new business system goes hand-in-hand with having the confidence that the system will be implementented successfully, that is, according to specifications, on time, and within budget.
The following is a brief synopsis of the stages of a typical system implementation.
Pre-Commencement- This stage focuses primarily on reviewing the proposed solution, planning for the various stages, as well as holding an initial client meeting to identify resources and agree timeframes.
Solution Design- This stage includes solution design planning, conducting preliminary training sessions, holding design workshops, constructing prototypes (if required), and obtaining client approvals to proceed.
Implementation- This stage includes implementation planning, implementation tasks and sign-offs, Go-live approvals, and Post Go-live support
Project Management (optional)- Project management includes a project plan with defined tasks, resources and deadlines, and regular project review meetings.
Training
Technopac offers a comprehensive range of training courses aimed at enabling you to get the most out your system as follows:
Standard Training- This training forms part of the system implementation and focuses on the core areas of functionality in order to get you up and running on the system.
Refresher Training- Periodically it is recommended that users attend refresher training to ensure that they are using the system effectively.
Customised Training- Customised training is tailored to suit your individual needs, and can include training on such things as "Crystal" Report writing.
Support
We offer our clients an innovative support arrangement and "free" telephone support. Support issues can be logged on our web self service site,or emailed to our Help Desk. Please ask for a Support Plan Summary to see how we take care of our clients.
